Vindaloo curry powder

Wow! Vindaloo! It's spicy, it's hot. It could be an English icon...

It has Portuguese roots but it originates from Goa in India.

We shouldn't need to tell you all about Vindaloo. What we can tell you is that at Spicymonkey Towers we strive to make sure we keep to an authentic Goan recipe and despite the heat, the taste is still there and can be enjoyed if you're a curry aficionado (traditional Goan Vindaloo is not as hot as some of those you find in the UK).

This jar of powder is enough for 6-8 portions depending on how much you like to put in your curry.

To make the curry you will also need a tin of tomatoes or chopped fresh tomatoes, an onion and some meat / vegetables of your choice. We would recommend using any kind of seafood for this particular dish. There are easy to follow basic instructions on the side of the jar.
