Apart from our main products which we almost always have in stock, there are many other special spice mixes on offer. Unfortunately we won't always have these available on the market stall but the monkeys are more than happy to make up a small batch on request, if only just for the chance to throw more spices around the kitchen!

Some of these you may have heard of, but there may also be others you may not even be able to pronounce.

So long as we can keep our customers saying "mmmm" and "ooooh" or "yummy", we don't care what you call them.
