Persian curry powder (mild - medium)
This is the curry blend we use to make our Persian curry sauce. This blend will not only help to make a truly unique curry but can also be used as a rub or marinade when mixed with a little oil.
With lots of dried limes, some rose petals and a bit of pomegranate powder, you can add new flavours to your everyday cooking.
Cooking a great curry with these spices is easy. Instructions come with the packet but is simply a case of cooking the spices with onions and tomatoes (maybe coconut milk) and adding whatever you like to it.
