Malaysian curry powder (mild)
This is the blend we use for our Malaysian curry sauce. It is very much like a Malaysian style Korma full of rich fragrant spices and the addition of Chinese influence with star anise and cinnamon.
We only use the freshest spices, we grind them ourselves and also make sure plenty of the tasty spices are used for extra flavour.
Cooking a great curry with these spices is easy. Instructions come with the packet but is simply a case of cooking the spices with onions and adding a litle coconut milk before adding whatever meat or vegetables you like to it.
