Lime pickle doesn't get any better than this, tantalisingly fresh, slightly salty and not too hot but just enough. We're amazed by how many people comment on how limey it is, but many restaurants and takeaways don't make their own. They simply use the chutney-like gloop from factory processed tubs. This is hand cut, left to pickle in its own juices, chilli and aromatic spices for up to six months before being finished off with a homemade spiced mustard oil.
