Korma curry powder (mild)
Everybody knows Korma as a very mild curry. Mild curry doesn't have to be bland though. We only use the freshest spices, we grind them ourselves and also make sure plenty of the tasty spices are used for extra flavour. Good Korma is truly wonderful.
Cooking a great curry with these spices is easy. Instructions come with the packet but is simply a case of cooking the spices with onions and tomatoes (maybe coconut milk) and adding whatever you like to it.
Coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, garlic, chilli, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, mustard seeds, nigella, salt

50g - Enough for between 5 - 10 portions depending how strong you like it
