Jamaican curry powder (medium - hot)
Jamaican curry powder differs to Indian by having allspice in. The difference is obvious and delicious if you want something different and authentic.
Cooking a great curry with these spices is easy. Instructions come with the packet but is simply a case of cooking the spices with onions, tomatoes and a little coconut milk before adding whatever meat or veg you like to it.
