Burmese curry powder (medium)
This is the curry blend we use to make our Burmese curry sauce. Using plenty of typical Indian spices the big difference is the addition of Thai ingredients, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves giving the curry a lift with freshness.
Cooking a great curry with these spices is easy. Instructions come with the packet but is simply a case of cooking the spices with onions and tomatoes (maybe coconut milk) and adding whatever you like to it.
