Very popular marinade made with piri-piri chillies, herbs and a touch of spice. Most commonly used to marinate chicken or prawns before grilling or BBQ-ing. We also like to mix a little with natural yoghurt to make a spicy dip for crisps, pitta, pizza crusts, anything!
