Monkey curry powder
Most monkeys still haven't mastered how to slice bread yet. That means that Spicymonkey Monkey Curry is still the best thing ever for monkeys. We don't put monkeys in it, nor do we recommend cooking monkeys with it. The reason monkeys love this curry so much is that for every jar we sell, 50p is donated to a monkey sanctuary in the Bolivian rainforest.
See 'Save a monkey' for more details.
Spicymonkey's Monkey curry has been a work in progress for a few years now. It uses mainly Southern Indian style ingredients; a fragrant blend of spices dominated by fenugreek, curry leaves, cardamom and cloves. It's medium strength (similar heat to Rogan Josh) and following the instructions gives a delicious, creamy, thick sauce.
At Spicymonkey Towers, whenever a batch of this is manufactured it drives the monkeys wild! We always make sure a little is left over to feed the staff, thus ensuring they are happy to continue producing more wonderful curries for everybody else.
This jar of powder is enough for 6-8 portions depending on how much you like to put in your curry.
To make the curry you will also need a tin of tomatoes or chopped fresh tomatoes, an onion and some meat / vegetables of your choice. We would recommend using chicken or pork for this particular dish and a banana for a fruity, sweet curry.
There are easy to follow basic instructions on the side of the jar.
