Evil Monkey is the Spicymonkey hot stuff. When evil monkeys go to hell they normally spend eternity having to watch endless repeats of TV soaps, making daisy chains, ironing and listening to music by James Blunt.

Fortunately for us, like ghosts, some evil monkeys manage to escape the reaper and instead of going to hell they are free to wreak havoc on the innocent world. After years of messing about with exo-plasm and laser beams, here at Spicymonkey Towers we have formed a portal through which we can catch evil monkey spirits with bananas and cat baskets.

Once caught, the evil monkey spirits are boiled in a big pan. To this pan we add the infamous Naga-Jolokia / Naga Morich pepper (seriously hot!!!). After saying some prayers and exorcising the spirits, we are left with this insanely hot sauce.
