Korma is a very popular curry. It is very mild, creamy and nutty. As such, it is perfect for the inexperienced curry consumer. Very small amounts of chilli are used in making a Korma which confuses the monkeys at Spicymonkey Towers. Fortunately they are always keen to impress and developed this wonderful paste. To make a Spicymonkey Korma just fry a chopped onion until browned. Add any meat or vegetables with the required amount of Korma mix. Fry for a couple of minutes and then add coconut milk as directed. Coconut milk gives this dish a wonderful exotic complexity. However, Korma can also be made with cream / yoghurt. With these it is important to not let the sauce get too hot otherwise it may separate. Serve Spicymonkey Korma with plain boiled rice and enjoy with a big naan bread. Pricing £4 per jar (approx 150g - 8 servings)
