Ooh ooh ah ah!!!!!!

Evil Monkey is the Spicymonkey hot stuff. When evil monkeys go to hell they normally spend eternity having to watch endless repeats of TV soaps, making daisy chains, combing hair classes and listening to music by Steps.

Fortunately for us, like ghosts, some evil monkeys manage to escape the reaper and instead of going to hell they are free to wreak havoc on the innocent world. After years of messing about with exo-plasm and laser beams, here at Spicymonkey Towers we have formed a portal through which we can catch evil monkey spirits with bananas and cat baskets.

Once caught, the evil monkey spirits are boiled in a big pan. To this pan we add the infamous Naga-Jolokia / Naga Morich pepper. After saying some prayers and exorcising the spirits, we are left with this insanely hot sauce.

Since most monkeys are really angels inside, only very few jars of this sauce ever get manufactured. The sauce is not to be taken lightly and should not be consumed by people with heart problems or by asthmatics. Really, only nutters should try it.

Evil Monkey Sauce                    Naga Jolokia / Naga Morich

Due to the limited availability of these evil peppers, only a small number of jars are available.

This also means the cost of the peppers is rather high. As with all other products we have tried to keep the price down as much as possible and the quality as high as possible. Because the sauce is so hot, a little will go a very long way.

Our monkeys love mixing the sauce with baked beans, with mayonnaise or yoghurt, using it as a thinly coated marinade before BBQ-ing or grilling meat, as a (tiny) side dish for rice / cous-cous and our Icy Monkeys have even used it to mash into bananas, mix with chocolate spread and have it on toast. Other suggestions for Evil Monkey Sauce are to pour over pizzas or stirring into scrambled eggs. They are a crazy bunch.

Here's a few words about the sauce from Jonna during testing...

"I've been doing burps that have at times risked setting fire to anything less than five yards in front of me. My vision is starting to fade and parts of my digestive system are beginning to ache that the stuff hasn't even had time to reach yet."
